Battle Appearance: He wears a black trenchcoat, has either a whip or the Alcarde spear, wears a black shirt, pants, socks, and boots, and has a katana hidden inside his trenchcoat.

General Personality: Very serious. Somehow manages to tolerate Double O's constant lack of seriosity, and acts as the voice of reason between the two of them.

Attitude towards enemies: He'll fight them with all his heart. However, he's also been known to take up a challenge that's too much for him. However, he's quite strong, and is willing to give his life for that which he believes.

Speech: "I'm gonna rip you a new one, bitch!"

Attacks:
Alcarde spear: One of the two weapons that can be used by a vampire hunter of the Belmont lineage. it's a spear that opens up when it hits the enemy. It can be used to pole vault and such. When at full power, it's capable of throwing fireballs at opponents.
Whip: It's a bull whip. William isn't very good with it, but he's learning.
Katana: it's a katana. You slice stuff with it.
Secondary weapons: William, like his ancestors, can use dfferent secondary weapons. The ones he can use are:

• Knife: you throw it
• Stopwatch: Causes time to stop temporarily, but takes up a lot of energy
• Holy Water: It burns on unholy ground
• Cross: It causes all undead in it's presence to die
• Axe: You throw this too.
• Boomerang Cross: It's a boomerang. You throw it and it comes back.

• Knife: William throws lotsa them
• Stopwatch: Creates a shield of energy spheres around William.
• Holy Water: Causes it to rain holy water
• Cross: none
• Axe: A spinning ring of axes fly out from William.
• Boomerang Cross: Crosses appear from everywhere. Very powerful, so it uses a lot of magic energy.

Weaknesses in battle: He's easily angered, so by taunting him, he'll attack easily. He's also weak against white magic and guns. He hates guns.

Childhood to now: William was born on Halloween night in 1981. His parents died when he was about 6, and since he had no living relatives, he went to an orphanage. When he turned 18, he discovered that his parents were rather rich, so he came into some money and used it to go to college. While there, he learned that he had a distant relative, Alexander Morris. William met Alex, and discovered that William was destined to fight Dracula, the evil vampire demon. He learned martial arts, fencing, kendo, and how to use his family heirloom: the Alcarde Spear. One day, William met Double O and decided to go with him on his journeys.
