Hello. MartianFrog here, leader of the Froggers. We are an extension of the Council of Doom! We just do what we want mostly, but we are also members of the Council of Doom. Our requirements aren't that different, though. Oh, and if you're wondering why I moved from the Dunes it's because I'm an extra-terrestrial. To see the requirements, go to the bottom of this page.
