None of us on staff ever knew Alex, so there's not much in the way of actual history that we can offer. Toad did a bit of detective work and believes that the site was associated with the Kill Our Scouts Webring, but acknowledges that any evidence for this is circumstantial at best. As for the site's age, an intermediate build of Kill Our Scouts from November 1999 shows the page listed in its links section, so we can at least conclude that the site was created no later than 1999. Though there isn't much to the site itself, we find it interesting that Alex claimed to have written some stories about "killing SM, among other things." If he published his work on the internet, we may be dealing with a lost and forgotten anti-fic author. Missing Links:
