Really a joint initiative between Kackle and I, you may think of this branch of ISM International as a sort of ASM black-ops program. Just what does that mean? Now, now, you Moonies won't find any spoilers here. You'll just have to wait for the release like everyone else! 2. To keep the legacy of Dave the Assassin (aka H.C. Dave) alive by actively defending every ASMer's right to free speech. This is fair warning to any Moonie out there who thinks it's a good idea to flame the guestbooks/message boards of those who don't necessarily like Sailor Moon. We're coming for you--not with sticks or rocks, but with logic, sarcasm, and a wickedly sophomoric sense of humor. 3. To act as an ever-present reminder to Moonies that as long as Sailor Moon exists, so shall the Anti Sailor Moon movement.
